Thank you for supporting Sophia + Sam! We are a small San Diego-based family-run business specializing in certified organic handmade clothing and accessories for babies and children. All the organic fabric we source is Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified. We use the softest, most luxurious cotton on the market in trendy, whimsical, and vibrant designs that your customers will love and buy!

 

Q: How do I order items?

 A: View all wholesale items on the ‘Catalog’ page. Choose item, select pattern, then quantity. Add to cart.

 

Q: What is the wholesale minimum order?

A: $250

 

Q: Are there more pattern designs than what is available in the catalog?

A: YES! You can access the Birch Fabrics ‘Available Now’ page directly from the Sophia + Sam website by clicking the ‘Search Fabric’ page.

Special ordering fabric gives you the flexibility to choose more pattern designs than what is available in the Sophia + Sam wholesale catalog, the ability to order a larger quantity of products, and customize products to fit with your store’s seasonal themes, current trends, and customer demand! Fabric and Design Special Order minimum is $500.

Q: How long will it take to fulfill my order?

A: All Sophia + Sam items are handmade specifically for your store. The fulfillment time will depend on the order size. Typically orders are ready to ship or be delivered (if in San Diego) in 2-3 weeks. If custom ordering fabric the time frame is 3-5 weeks.
